By purchasing any products or enrolling in any of our programs at PLV Music, including MusiCreator, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in our educational courses and programs.

1. Overview

PLV Music is an online music business education company that provides digital training, coaching, and consulting services. Participation in our programs is conditional upon agreement with the following terms.

2. Program Term, Tiers & Access

MusiCreator™ is a 12-month business education and coaching program commencing on the participant’s date of enrolment.

Participants enrol in one of the following tiers:

MusiCreator™ Do-It-Yourself (DIY)

Includes:

Access to the full MusiCreator™ training program, including the five phases and available masterclass recordings;
Weekly live group coaching/masterclass and Q&A sessions led by Aurelie;
Access to the private MusiCreator™ Circle community;
Invitations to monthly guest sessions; and
Access to applicable AI tools, playbooks and program resources.

The DIY tier does not include private 1:1 coaching sessions or the additional private support specifically offered as part of the DWY tier.

MusiCreator™ Done-With-You (DWY)

Includes everything provided under the DIY tier, plus:

An initial 1:1 onboarding and strategy session with Aurelie;
Private 1:1 Circle messaging access with Aurelie;
Ongoing 1:1 Zoom support, subject to reasonable scheduling and availability;
Quarterly 1:1 strategy sessions with Aurelie.

Coaching, feedback, messaging and calls are provided within reasonable business hours and subject to availability. “Unlimited” access, where advertised, means that participants are not subject to a fixed monthly allocation of support requests; it does not guarantee immediate responses, continuous availability, or an unlimited number or duration of live calls.

Program access expires 12 months after enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing or renewed.

Upon expiry, access to training materials, tools, community areas and call recordings may be removed.

3. Fees & Payment

The total fees and available payment options for the participant’s selected MusiCreator™ tier will be displayed at checkout and/or confirmed in writing before enrolment.

Where a participant selects a payment plan, the payment plan represents instalments toward the agreed program fee and is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.

Selecting an instalment plan does not reduce or eliminate the participant’s responsibility for subsequent scheduled payments.

By enrolling, the participant authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the payment schedule agreed at purchase.

If a scheduled payment fails, PLV Music may contact the participant to arrange payment and may temporarily suspend program access until the outstanding payment is resolved.

Any alternative payment arrangement, pause, or modification must be agreed to by PLV Music in writing.

4. Refund Policy

We expect our clients to be fully committed to the journey and work required for them to get the most out of the education we provide. Therefore, all sales are final to reflect that commitment.

Refunds:
No refunds are provided for any reason. This includes MusiCreator. We expect you to join with the full intention of following through. All payments are binding.
Chargebacks:
Any chargeback attempts will be treated as fraudulent activity and will be disputed with the payment processor to the fullest extent possible, referencing this agreement.

5. Results Disclaimer

PLV music makes no earnings claims, return on investment promises, or performance guarantees of any kind.

We do not guarantee specific business results, income, or performance. Case Studies and Testimonials from previous clients are not a reflection of typical results. Your outcomes depend entirely on your effort, skills, and execution. We are here to guide and provide resources. You must do the work.

Any goals, milestones, projections, examples, case studies or potential outcomes discussed during sales conversations, coaching sessions, program materials or marketing are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of results.

By enrolling, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own success.
There are no promises of income.
This is not financial or legal advice.

6. Program Pauses / Freezes

In limited circumstances where unexpected personal, financial, or professional circumstances materially affect a participant’s ability to continue the program, PLV Music may, at its discretion, approve a temporary freeze.

During an approved freeze, the participant’s program access and coaching period will be paused. Where the participant is enrolled on an instalment payment plan, scheduled payments will also be paused for the approved freeze period and will resume when participation resumes.

The freeze does not cancel or reduce the total amount owed under the agreed payment plan; it simply postpones the applicable payment schedule.

The participant’s 12-month program term will be extended by the length of the approved freeze so that the participant does not lose coaching or access time during the pause.

Participants who have paid in full may also request a program freeze. As no future payments are scheduled, only their program access and coaching period will be paused and extended accordingly.

All freezes must be requested and approved by PLV Music in writing. Freezes are intended for exceptional circumstances and are not designed to allow participants to routinely pause and resume the program at will.

The total duration of all approved freezes may not exceed three (3) months during a participant’s 12-month program term, whether taken as one continuous freeze or across multiple approved freeze periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All program content including videos, templates, playbooks, AI tools, systems, and coaching materials are owned by PLV Music. You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use them for personal and business growth. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate revocation of access.

You may not:

Share, distribute or replicate materials
Use frameworks, tools or naming conventions in other programs without express written permission

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep private any proprietary information shared within the program or private community, including discussions, strategies, client conversations, and business frameworks. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

9. Access Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke access if you:

Disrupt the community
Breach any of these terms
Exhibit behaviour that is disrespectful, unethical, or not aligned with our core values

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

PLV Music uses third-party platforms and service providers to deliver certain elements of MusiCreator™, including community access, program content, communications, payment processing, video conferencing, and other supporting services.

These third-party services may include platforms such as Circle and Stripe. Use of a third-party platform may be subject to that provider’s own terms of service, privacy policy, and other applicable policies. By using those services, participants are responsible for complying with the applicable third-party terms.

Any terms imposed by a third-party provider govern the participant’s use of that third-party platform or service. The MusiCreator™ Terms & Conditions separately govern the participant’s purchase of, enrolment in, payment for, and participation in the MusiCreator™ program provided by PLV Music.

PLV Music is not responsible for interruptions, outages, changes, or other issues caused by third-party platforms that are outside PLV Music’s reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, PLV Music will take appropriate steps to maintain continuity of program delivery if a third-party service becomes temporarily unavailable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued participation indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These MusiCreator™ Terms & Conditions and the participant’s purchase of, enrolment in, and participation in the MusiCreator™ program are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in a British Columbia court of competent jurisdiction.

Any separate terms governing a participant’s use of a third-party platform or service are governed independently by the applicable agreement between the participant and that third-party provider.
